Refund Policy
DELIVERIES AND SHIPMENTS
Once the order is validated, it will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days to the address indicated during the purchase.
Orders are shipped by Mondial Relay within 2 to 3 working days.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Any damaged item must be justified by a clear and legible photo, sent by email, indicating your order number, to staywithme_officiel@outlook.fr within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your order. Once this period has passed, no request will be taken into account.
RETURNS
Items must be returned to us unused, in the same original condition, and carefully packaged, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your order. After 14 days, you will receive a credit.
There are no returns possible on sale items or items subject to clearance.
Before any refund procedure, please contact us via the contact form on the website, or by email at staywithme_officiel@outlook.fr , specifying the object and reason for your return. The shipping costs to return your item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable.
REFUND
Once your returned item is received and inspected, and if your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case of a delay in the refund, first make sure to check again your bank account on which you were charged. Also contact the entity issuing your credit card, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
